NHS & charity donations
We support charities, care homes, respite centres, health care facilities and other key workers in the Cheshire and Stoke areas by giving away commercial-sized bottles of hand care products. Please get in touch with our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your organisation if you are in need of hand sanitiser and we’ll do our best to help!
Organisations outside the Cheshire and Stoke areas
We are hoping to support as many organisations as we can, but at the moment we are limiting our donations to those within a commutable distance of our offices in Cheshire and Stoke. Donations will be hand delivered by our team and left in a safe place.
How deliveries will be made
Deliveries will be arranged at a time and date suitable for you. Please liaise with our team at email@example.com. Deliveries will be left in a safe place of your choosing, so that we may respect the safety of everyone and keep to social distancing regulations.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the UK.
Is there a limit to the number of bottles I can order?
At this time you may purchase a maximum of 10 pocket-sized products and 4 supersize products per order.
Can I change, update or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order and we’ll do our best to get this amended. Most orders are processed by our warehouse team on the same day, so if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to change this.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can view order status on your Account page.
How long does it take to ship?
Please allow 3-5 working days for your parcel to be arrive via Standard Delivery. If you want our parcel pronto, Next Day Delivery orders placed must be placed before 12pm. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. *Please note that due to the current situation with COVID-19, we have been advised by our carriers that they are unable to guarantee next day delivery.*
I'm having problems with the tracking.
In a few cases, our carrier can take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. *Please note that due to the current situation with COVID-19, we have been advised by our carriers you may only be able to get an online update once delivery has been attempted.*
Can the delivery country be different from the billing country?
Unfortunately, no. In order for us to process and complete your order the country in the billing address must be the same as the delivery address and we can only ship to the UK at the moment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is the return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days. If your item is damaged or not fit for use upon receipt then please let us know and we will arrange for a refund or replacement product to be sent to you.To process your return, pop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know your name and order number and we’ll help you process the return.You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Unfortunately we will not refund postage costs unless the product you received was damaged or not fit for use. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the product you'd like to exchange or return, letting us know your reasons. Please do note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products, unless they are found to be faulty or not fit for use.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-10 working day for your refund to be processed.

Are you vegan and cruelty-free?
Where are KND4 products made?
KND4 products are made and manufactured in our UK factory. KND4 is owned by cosmetic manufacturer, Amelia Knight, and we began by manufacturing hand sanitiser for our production line workers.
